Overview
Directing Safely is intended for people with strategic responsibility for determining and implementing effective health and safety management within an organisation. With health and safety the most important aspect of the day-to-day running of a company, it is essential that important information is cascaded down from the top.

As senior members of management are targeted if shortfalls occur, it is becoming more and more fundamental that health and safety is taken seriously from the top down.

The course topics will cover board accountability, benefits of managing safety, the cost of not managing safety, health and safety legislation and how to be an effective director on health and safety issues.
